Certified advocates use the entire platform at no cost. There is no advocate subscription: unlimited clients, unlimited AI analyses, unlimited reports and documents, client CRM, billing and invoicing, time tracking, case analytics, team seats, and the parent marketplace are all included free.
We charge a 4% marketplace fee on invoices raised through the platform. Payment runs through the advocate's own Stripe account and Stripe's processing is roughly 3%, so about 93% of each invoice reaches the advocate — roughly 7% all-in. Advocates who do not bill through the platform pay nothing.
