Yes. Documents and personal information are encrypted in transit and at rest. We don't sell your data. We share it only as our Privacy Policy describes: with advocates you choose to connect with, and with the service providers that run the platform, such as hosting and the AI service that reads your documents. Your data is never used to train AI models.

Yes. The analysis, document vault, communication tracker, and advocate network all support Section 504 plans as well as IEPs. The AI understands 504 accommodations and flags gaps the same way it does for an IEP.
Advocate matching is on the Hero plan. You describe your situation and state, and we match you with certified advocates who work in your area. Each advocate’s profile shows their credentials, specialties and any parent reviews, so you can check them before you connect.
